The last nine months at Grid Lounge have been all about growth. We’ve added a massive selection of new cars and tracks, made improvements inside the lounge, and introduced new features through the software platform we partner with, all to make racing more fun, social, and immersive than ever before. Here’s what has changed in 2025 so far.
A Garage Packed with New Cars
Our car roster has expanded dramatically this year. We’ve added dozens of new models across multiple categories, from legendary classics to modern race machines. Highlights include the Shelby GT500 (1967 and 2020), the DeLorean, and a wider range of production cars for casual racing.
For competitive drivers, the lineup now includes modern prototypes like the Cadillac GTP Hypercar from IMSA, the 2025 F1 car, and classic GT1 icons such as the Saleen S7-R and Lamborghini Murcielago R-GT. GT4 enthusiasts now have a complete grid to choose from, with options like the McLaren 570S, Porsche Cayman 718, Toyota Supra, and more. We’ve even added retro favorites like 1970s Trans Am muscle cars, the Garage 56 Camaro, and the unique Nissan Deltawing.
Whether you are here for casual social racing events with friends or structured competitive racing, the variety has never been greater.
New Tracks Across the Globe
Cars are only half the equation. In 2025 we’ve also introduced a wide range of new circuits to master. Australian V8 Supercar venues like Surfers Paradise and Symmons Plains are now available, alongside new IndyCar stops such as St. Petersburg and Barber Motorsports Park. NASCAR fans will see fresh additions like New Hampshire and the Chicago Street Circuit.
We’ve also added some unique challenges, including historic layouts like Le Mans 1967 and Fuji Speedway, plus fictional favorites such as Trial Mountain. No matter your racing style, there is a new track waiting for you.
Smarter Software and Bigger Races
The software platform we run on has introduced some powerful new tools this year. A new Group Tool makes it easier than ever to set up races in nearly any car and track combination. Even more exciting is the traffic server (currently in beta), which lets drivers experience open-road style sessions on iconic maps like the Shutoko Metropolitan Expressway and the Tourist version of the Nürburgring Nordschleife. It is a completely new way to drive, perfect for cruising with friends or weaving through traffic for a unique challenge.
At the same time, our SCRS race series has continued to grow. We are now drawing drivers from across North America for larger and more competitive events, bringing Grid Lounge onto the map as a serious destination for sim racing.
Improvements Inside the Lounge

We’ve also been busy making the lounge itself better:
- Better Equipment – All simulators now feature upgraded pedals, delivering a more realistic and reliable driving experience.
- Coaching Expertise – Ty has joined our team, bringing an incredible coaching skillset to help drivers improve their technique and racecraft.
- Space Upgrades – The old fences and ledges from the previous business are gone, opening up the lounge and making the space more comfortable.
- Simplified Memberships – Our memberships are now clearer and easier to understand, so it’s simple to find the best fit for your racing goals.
- Private Event Packages – We’ve built more intentional private event packages, making it easier to plan unique group experiences.
- Website Renovation – The Grid Lounge site has been refreshed to better guide visitors and highlight everything we have to offer.
Looking Ahead
2025 has already been a huge year of updates, and we are just getting started. With more cars, more tracks, smarter software, upgraded equipment, and a stronger team, Grid Lounge is more ready than ever to deliver the ultimate sim racing experience.
