Teen Academy

June 16 – July 10, 2026

Four weeks inside an environment that demands something real from them. The racing is how it happens. The focus, the composure, the decisions under pressure: that's what they keep.

The Program

Not about making racers. About what racing asks of them.

Most screen time lets them stay passive. Sim racing doesn't. The car moves faster than expected, the inputs don't produce the results they thought they would, and suddenly they're paying attention in a way that's hard to replicate anywhere else. Not because someone told them to. Because the experience won't work if they don't.

Teen Academy puts structure around that. Four weeks, three sessions a week, in groups of six. Small enough that every teen gets coaching time and space to actually think, not just copy what someone else is doing. Once a group is placed, they stay together for the full four weeks: same faces, same progression, real stakes by the end.

The program closes with a championship format: qualifying, heat races, and a main event. Not because we're developing competitors, but because it gives everything they've worked through a reason to matter. The lessons that show up in week four aren't about driving. They already know that by the time they get there.

Curriculum

What happens, week by week.

Week 1

Control & Confidence

  • Sim rig setup: seat position, wheel, pedals
  • Braking zones and threshold braking
  • The racing line: entry, apex, exit
  • Smoothness over speed and why it matters

Teens start to slow down before they react. That patience shows up everywhere.

Week 2

Speed & Consistency

  • Trail braking and weight transfer
  • Lap analysis with coaching feedback
  • Building mental track maps
  • Consistent sector times: finding the tenths

Learning to self-diagnose builds the habit of adjusting without waiting to be told.

Week 3

Race Craft

  • Qualifying technique: the perfect lap
  • Overtaking: when, where, and how
  • Defending your position cleanly
  • Reading the race and managing risk

Real-time decisions with real consequences. The composure built here carries well beyond the sim.

Week 4

Championship

  • Full qualifying session
  • Championship race format TBD
  • Live standings and commentary
  • Podium ceremony & graduation

Everything they've worked through gets tested when it actually matters. That's a different kind of confidence.
